Dr. Owen Liao is a licensed acupuncturist, Qigong healer and Tai Chi master. Since 1992, Owen has written three books in both Chinese and English and published three Tai Chi Qigong DVDs. His latest book – Let Your Body Listen to You, 2009, has been selling very well in Taiwan and China.

He has been practicing medicine for nearly 20 years.   He is consistently researching effective treatments for stubborn chronic disorders. At the same time, he is focused on developing a wellness strategy by heavily employing prevention concepts. Furthermore, patients around the globe have profoundly appreciated his distance healing capabilities. Master Liao has been able to effectively treating many neurological disorders by employing his Modern Chinese Medicine approach, including spine injuries, scoliosis, bamboo spine, sciatica, shingles, concussion, neuropathy, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, ADD/ADHD, depression and anxiety.

Dr. Park has practiced traditional Chinese medicine for over than a decade both in China and the U.S.  She was trained at one of the top Traditional Chinese Medicine medical university, Guang Dong Traditional Chinese Medicine University and had gained extensive clinical experience at one of the premiere hospitals in Guan Zhou, China.

She specializes in women’s health and herbal medicine. She is dedicated to patient health and devotes her time to listen to patients and then provide personalized patient care.

Dr. Park  Ph.D, L.Ac, Board Certified Acupuncturist

Dr. Park received his Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine training at the MSAOM in Sunnyvale, CA and South Baylo University right here in Virginia.

Licensed in DC, MD and VA, Dr. Park has been treating patients successfully in both private clinics and hospital settings throughout the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. 

After a full examination Dr. Park might also include moxa, Infrared treatment and cupping if he determines this to be effective in resolving your condition.

Glenn Low, CMT, MMP

Glenn is the Lead Senior Therapist at Whole Health.

He has been a massage therapist for almost 10 years, and has developed his own unique style.

Glenn’s specialty, Medical Massage is an outcome-based, and scientifically grounded healing modality.

Medical massage is effective for conditions like low back and neck pain, Sciatica, and Carpal Tunnel.

 

Deborah Yang

As professional accountant, Ms. Yang is a patient turned Qigong instructor. Has suffered from poor health during her early years, she was determined to find a way to be well and strong. She has tried many different types of exercises and eventually revive her health and energy through Qigong and Taichi exercises.

She has won numerous gold medals in Tai Ji Quan (Tai Chi) and Tai Ji Sword at both national and international level competitions. She has been instructed by Master Lu Xiaoling, Master Chen Zheng Lei, and Master Chang Jung Jen. She is also a certified Tai Chi and Yoga Instructor and currently teaches at Xsport Fitness.

Rose Hong, M.A.

A health educator, writer and TV host, Ms. Hong has published numerous articles in major Chinese & U.S. newspapers and magazines, and has been the Executive Producer & TV host for several television programs focusing on nutrition, exercise and natural healing.  She travels extensively studying and interviewing top healers around the world.

 

She also served on a variety of civic and charitable boards including Montero Medical Mission, which conducted medical and education outreaches by sending US volunteer doctors worldwide.  

She is a co-founder of several health and media related businesses including Whole Health, a practitioner and Qigong Instructor.
